Do you have different size ice baths?
Yes! We have our original Ice Bath Tub which is 80cm in diameter and now our premium Ice Bath Tub XL which is 90cm in diameter.
Do I need to buy lots of extra parts?
No, we strive to make our products great value for money so we always include the accessories we think you will need.
Why does my Ice Bath Tub have a Thermal Lid and a Weather Cover?
The Thermal Lid is designed to help maintain the cool temperature of your Ice Bath Tub, so we always suggest replacing the Thermal Lid after each use.
The Weather Cover is designed to keep out external the elements such as rain and leaves. You may not need to leave it on during the day between uses (unless bad weather) but we recommend fitting it over night and for longer periods of time.
Which way round do I fit the legs?
The legs should be inserted into the Ice Bath Tub using the rounded end so that the flat end sits in the ground.
How do I fill the Ice Bath Tub?
Filling the Ice Bath Tub is very easy! Firstly always ensure the drain valve is in the closed position (turning the handle clockwise will close the valve) and the cap in the bottom drain hole is closed correctly.
Simply use a hose-pipe or buckets to add fresh, clean water up to the 2/3 level, roughly 20cm (8") from the bottom of the black inflatable ring.
If you need to lower the temperature just add ice!
How do I empty the Ice Bath Tub?
Simply fit the Drain Hose to the end of the Drain Valve and extend the Drain Hose to to the drain. Once in position open the Drain Valve by turning the handle anti-clockwise, this releases the water. A secondary drain hole is located in the bottom Ice Bath Tub to help remove the final water, simply open the cap.
Always consider re-using the water if possible. For example, using it to water the garden during dry weather.
How do I inflate my Seat Cushion?
The Seat Cushion is designed to be filled with water rather than air. This stops is constantly trying to float to the surface.
Remove the cap and submerge the Seat Cushion in water, allowing it to fill up. Finally re-apply the cap to seal in the water.
Is it difficult to clean?
Taking care of your Ice Bath Tub will minimise any cleaning required.
Always use the Thermal Lid and Weather Cover to keep out leaves and other dirt.
Change the water weekly (or sooner if it becomes dirtier than normal). After draining wipe out the inside with soapy water and rinse. DO NOT use strong detergents which can damage the material.
Before storing your Ice Bath Tub thoroughly dry all the surfaces to ensure mould does not form.

No, we stock all our products in the UK in our own facilities. This means we we can ship your order directly to you with no delay.

Once the order has been processed it will typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. If time is critical we offer the option of 1-2 day shipping.

I have health issues, should I try it?
ALWAYS consult your doctor before using an ice bath if
you have any health issues!
DO NOT USE if any of the following are applicable (though not exclusive):
Heart disease - high blood pressure - diabetes - peripheral neuropathy - poor circulation - venous stasis - cold agglutinin disease
How should I undertake my first session?
Start the session gradually by submerging slowly. Submerge partially to allow yourself time to adjust rather than fully submerging in one movement. A tip which can minimise the shock of the cold water is to splash some water on the back of neck of your neck before submerging.
Before starting an ice bath session ensure you have an exit & warm-up plan in place. Decide how you will exit the ice bath and if any support is needed to climb out. Have items to hand so you can immediately begin to dry yourself and start warming up, aim for a gradual warm-up so not to cause shock to the body.
Tell others when you start a session so they can be on hand if required. If during a session you feel dizzy or unwell, slowly and carefully stand up, get out of the ice bath and begin your warm up plan.

Can I return an order?
Yes, provided the item is in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How do I begin the item return process?
The quickest and easiest method is by logging into your account, navigating to the relevant order and selecting a return. Once accepted you will be given instructions for the return address.
Alternatively, if you do not have an account, you can contact us at hello@celsiustherapy.co.uk with details including the order number and item you wish to return.
Who pays the shipping for returned items?
The cost to return an item is the responsibility of a customer. Please ensure you select a shipping method with appropriate tracking, for proof of shipment and delivery, as we cannot refund items that have been lost in shipping.

These are the details of how you are covered in the unlikely event your product develops a defect.
Does my order come with a Warranty?
Our products come with a 1 year warranty, this does NOT include inflatables. The warranty includes structure defects, tear & seam leakages but NOT small holes or minor defects if reported 7 days after the product was received. The warranty only covers one replacement per product/order.
The warranty does NOT cover improper use, drops, blows or other issues not attributable to manufacturing defects.
My product has a fault, what should I do?
